Oni spawns are completely random and they can ruin the best soloer if they are in the exact right WRONG spot.

does drok plate work for this run? If you are taking 0s and 1s with 100AL, i think 90AL should be 2-3s and i don't think that makes that much of an difference.

Since I posted this before they nerfed armor, absorption runes, and shields, and before they fixed siphon speed (before, the hex actually sped you up as well if you were running while hexed), your runs are going to vary. I did a snapjaw run earlier, and while getting through the carps is tougher now, killing snapjaw and gang is pretty much the same. If you aren't comfortable with the method, play around with the attributes by bumping down swordsmanship and increasing healing prayers. Also, you can try taking Defy Pain as your elite. It makes the killing slower, but you are guaranteed not to die as long as you spam everything as they come up. Good luck this weekend.

Much easier just to go from Jade Flats as pictured in the location map. Stop on the far side of the bridge to heal up and then go again. You get there real quick with no real threat.
